Event Terms & Conditions 

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, both human and canine, please kindly review the following terms and conditions: 


1. General Participation 

  • The event is dog-friendly and open to well-behaved, vaccinated dogs accompanied by their owners. 
  • All dogs must be on a non-retractable leash at all times while on hotel grounds. 
  • Owners must be at least 18 years of age and remain responsible for their dogs at all times. 

2. Health & Safety 

  • Only fully vaccinated dogs (rabies and core vaccinations) are permitted. Proof of vaccination may be requested upon entry. 
  • Dogs showing signs of illness, aggression, or distress may be asked to leave the event area for the safety of others. 
  • Owners must immediately clean up after their pets. Waste disposal stations will be available throughout the event area. 

3. Behaviour & Supervision 

  • Dogs must be socialized and friendly toward other dogs and people. 
  • Any dog exhibiting disruptive or aggressive behaviour may be required to exit the event without refund. 
  • Owners are solely responsible for supervising their pets at all times and for any injury, damage, or loss caused by their dogs. 

4. Access & Facilities 

  • Dogs are welcome only in designated outdoor areas including The Lawn and River Café & Terrace. Access to indoor hotel outlets and guestroom areas is not permitted. 
  • A shaded “Paw Corner” and water stations will be provided for dogs’ comfort. 

5. Liability 

  • The Peninsula Bangkok, its affiliates, and event partners accept no liability for injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from participation in this event. 
  • By entering the event premises, owners acknowledge and agree to assume full responsibility for their dog’s actions and wellbeing. 

6. Photography & Media 

  • By attending the event, guests consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes by The Peninsula Bangkok and its partners. 
  • Guests may also take personal photos, provided they do not disturb other attendees or obstruct official media activities.
